Established in 1984, K-business Systems Sdn Bhd, together with its subsidiary company – JSM Sdn Bhd, were initially involved in the printing of accountable forms (i.e., K A L A M A Z O O) and food packages that are compliant with the standard ISO 22000. Both companies have approximately 90 employees. In 1992, KBS then acquired the sole distribution license from the Loeff’s Patent archive systems from the United Kingdom. Therefore, the company subsequently changed to KBS Filing and Archiving Solution in 1998.

1992
KBS began distributing Loeff’s Patent Archive Systems, later developed and branded as the KBS Filing System.
2006
The company relocated to Rawang Integrated Industrial Park together with JSM Sdn Bhd and expanded its services to include offsite document storage.
2019
KBS expanded its headquarters to Rawang Corporate Industrial Park to support continued growth and operations.
2026/2027 - Coming Soon!
KBS will mark another milestone by expanding its operations with the upcoming Bukit Beruntung facility, expected to open in late 2026 or early 2027, reinforcing continued growth and extending its regional footprint.
